Renovations - Completed

Sod

For those times when natural growth is not time efficient you must go with what will work best. With all the construction that the course had gone through there were places that required immediate attention. For those areas we had decided to speed up the process with prime Bermuda sod in all areas that had been affected by construction. Though those areas were not available for immediate play they did decrease the time needed for the course to regain and improve from its former self.

Once the bridge was in it wass time to fix up the area around the lake and bridge.

Things are really starting to look nice. In no time the sod took and the course came together!

Mother Nature needs a little help every now and then. The sod was really starting to take shape.

The pictures below show the course as it is coming together. We had decided to add several new tee boxes. The fairways sport cuts along the rough and around the green. Now that the course has been totally completed we feel that it is of a championship caliber that should rival the bigger courses.

The addition of new tee boxes enhances the playability of the course for all ages of golfers.

The fairways are really starting to take on great color. The fairways now have a definitive first cut of rough.
